Kid Factory, Dingley
This play centre has it all. By all I mean, an indoor soccer space, play centre, trampolines & art sessions.
I am from the Northern suburbs of Melbourne so it took us a good 54 minutes drive, a couple tag links and several ‘are we there yet’ questions to boot. But it was so worth the drive. We spent 4 and a half hours here & there were no complaints on the way home!
I am always encouraging parents to discover new places and generally it’s not playing centre’s because I tend to also visit my locals when it comes to a couple hours of ‘quick fun’ but given this is one of Small Ideas most redeemed play centre vouchers I decided to use one day of the School holidays to venture out and see what all the fuss is about.
My two boys are 4 years apart and we are yet to hit the age where they enjoy playing together. My youngest is 19 months and whilst he wants to do all the things his brother can, his little legs just can’t keep up. Yet, this play centre had enough to entertain both a 1-year-old and a 6-year-old who is bouncing off walls.
