About Ballarat Ninjas
Ballarat Ninjas is an indoor ninja warrior centre in Alfredton, Ballarat. Kids and adults can climb, swing, balance and work through obstacles at their own pace, in coached classes or during open mat sessions.
Kids can take on:
- Ninja warrior-style obstacles designed to test strength, balance and coordination
- Climbing challenges for different ages and skill levels
- Swinging and hanging obstacles to test upper-body strength
- Balance and agility challenges to conquer at their own pace
- Open mat sessions for kids who just want to have a go
- Ninja classes and training for kids wanting to develop their skills
- Birthday parties for an active kids’ party in Ballarat
Little Ninjas is a parent-assisted class for ages 1–4. Coached classes and open mat sessions start from age 5, with groups for ages 5–8, 8–12 and 12+. Age brackets are flexible.
Classes and open mat sessions run for approximately 45 minutes, and shoes must be worn on the ninja course.
Birthday parties include a coached ninja session and party area. Groups of 10 or more receive an assigned coach, while groups of 20 or more can have the course to themselves.
